T & D Resources was established in 2010 by partners Bill White & Kim Nielsen. Bill & Kim worked together side by side for 25 years, first as tool & die makers and then later as executive officers of a larger tool & die company in Southern California before embarking on their path as co-owners of T & D Resources. Their former boss & owner of Master Mechanics &Mfg, Inc. ,Orril Compton had always been an inspiration and encourager as well as mentor in assisting them and leading them in this direction and journey.
T & D Resources is a fullservice tool & die building company. Our goal and niche in the tool & die world is to construct tooling to our customers' unique specifications/requirements. We found there was a need for a company that builds tooling for customers that would like to run their own production line and required a company that could assist them without any restrictions.
Here at T & D Resources we engineer, design and construct a wide variety of dies for the stamping industry. From simple stage tooling to more complex progressive and transfer tooling, we meet the needs of all of our customers in the manufacturing world. Products can range from thin plastics, laminates, aluminum, light and heavy gage steel and stainless steels. Our client list consists of many different types of companies both small & large, commercial as well as government. Multiple manufacturers in areas such as appliances, automotive, industrial, construction hardware, utility, musical instruments, computers as well as aerospace, have been working with Bill & Kim for over 30 years. Our experience and wide range of capabilities, which include state-of-the-art design software, utilizes many processes including CNC Machining, Wire EDM as well as conventional machining and allows us to meet the necessary requirements to fill all of our customer’s needs to their full satisfaction.
