CNC Milling

Fadal Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) make up our CNC department exclusively. Featuring box ways, aluminium bronze gibs, and liquid-cooled spindles, these machines are ready to tackle even the toughest materials and maintain tolerances of .001" or better.

Our assortment of Bridgeport, Lagun, and Supermax Vertical Milling machines have been the work horses and the back bone of T&D since it's founding. Even with the addition of CNC Milling machines, these timeless machines continue to produce new components for tooling all across the United States.

Our recently acquired Mitsubishi RA90 Wire EDM Machine is by far the most accurate machine in the shop.
